How long do I need to wait for my order to be shipped?
The spot models in our US warehouse will be shipped directly from the warehouse within 1 to 2 days; Otherwise, it will be shipped from China within 7 to 10 days. Can I change the delivery address for orders that have already been shipped?
Once the order is processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we will not be able to modify the delivery address. Please ensure that the address provided during checkout is accurate to avoid delays or incorrect delivery.
Can I return or exchange used items?
Generally speaking, we only accept returns or exchanges of unused and unopened products. Used or opened goods cannot be returned unless they have defects or quality issues.
Will there be any handling fees for refunds?
1) Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped or produced. However, the platform will charge a 2% handling fee.2) If the product has already been shipped, the customer will not be able to cancel the order unless they bear all the costs of returning the package and the 2% platform handover fee for the goods.3) If you apply for a refund within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will provide a full refund. However, the refund amount may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations, resulting in exchange rate losses. This is beyond our control, please understand.4) Returns are not accepted within 7 days of receiving the goods, unless there are quality issues. If a return is required, a 15% depreciation fee will be deducted from the customer's account as the returned equipment cannot be resold.
Who pays for the return shipping fee?
Please contact our customer service for a return or exchange. Our customer service will allocate a return warehouse for you based on the condition of your product.For DOA devices, we will bear the shipping cost for returning the equipment. Please provide feedback to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service will process your return as soon as possible.Please note that unless it is a DOA situation, we do not bear the shipping cost of the package.
How can I track my paid orders?
